- Please note The Black Horse restaurant has an age restriction of 12 years plus.
- We ask that you confirm the number of children under the age of 16 that are attending. During service we ask that children are seated at all times including the gardens. We do not offer a children's menu so we ask that customers' research our menu online prior to visiting.
- Well behaved dogs are welcome as long as they are kept on a short lead. We do ask that you let us know at the time of booking that you are bringing a dog so we can seat you on a suitable table.
- Failure to arrive within 15 mins of your booking time may result in you losing your reservation to another group.
- If you wish to use a voucher as a method of payment, please state this at the time of booking.
- The kitchen closes 15 minutes after the last reservation time, please see our opening hours for details. We would respectfully ask that you are ready to be seated at the time of your reservation. We reserve the right to refuse service if these times are not adhered to. On occasion we may need to hold you back to a later time to ensure the best possible level of service to all our guests.
- Tables are allocated on the day by the restaurant team and we will always try and seat you at a table in your preferred area of the bar, snug or dining room. Please be aware we cannot always guarantee this.
- We allow all bookings an allocated time of 2 hours from the time of your reservation unless stated and agreed when making your table reservation.
- The Black Horse reserves the right to adjust or change our menus and pricing without notice.
- The Black Horse will not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage to personal belongings.
Allergies and Dietary Requirements
- You should always advise your server of any special dietary requirements, including intolerances and allergies. Where possible, our trained staff will advise you on alternative dishes. However, while we do our best to reduce the risk of cross-contamination in our restaurants, we CANNOT guarantee that any of our dishes are free from allergens and therefore cannot accept any liability in this respect. Guests with severe allergies are advised to assess their own level of risk and consume dishes at their own risk.
- The information provided on our website and in our restaurants should NOT be considered as any form of guarantee but as a best-faith effort to provide you with information on our dishes. You should use this information to help you assess your own level of risk, based on your personal circumstances, before eating any of our dishes.
- The allergen information we provide is specifically related to the dishes we make at The Black Horse and in response to enquiries into special dietary requirements and our ingredients.
- Adjustments or changes requested to any of our menus will be considered, if possible or appropriate but cannot be guaranteed.
- If you have not informed us at the point of booking, please contact the restaurant to discuss your requirements with a member of our team as soon as possible.
